塩引鮭は新潟県村上市を代表する鮭料理です。材料は選りすぐった鮭と天然の粗塩だけで北西の冷たい風の中に3週間さらされてゆっくり乾きながら、発酵、熟成し、旨みを凝縮していきます。千尾もの塩引鮭が吊るされている風景は村上の冬の風物詩となっています。鮭料理を味わう度に思い出す景色です。

Recently we had some different kind of travel experience during our Niigata tour. We heard about the jade beach of Itoigawa and just for fun went there to enjoy real life treasure hunt experience. The day was sunny and the beautiful stone beach shine bright. Frankly speaking if you stand near the sea shore call colorful pebbles look like expensive stones ? and me and my wife collected a lot of stones regardlessly shape and color. This was our first time jade collecting experience and we knew a few things so we didn't expect to get any. Till we dont know if we have any jade or not but few of our stones looks translucent with bright green color under flash light. We shared one of it. Jade or not, for us it is a priceless stone as we have a lot of happy memories with it.

新潟県上越市の高田城址公園にて撮影。 満開のソメイヨシノと雪に染まった妙高連山が絶景でしたので思わず撮った1枚です。雲一つない青空と絶景が水面にも映り、水面も素敵な景色となりました。

新潟県十日町市松之山温泉の婿投げ墨付け祭りでの新婚夫婦 婿が投げられた後、賽の神（さいのかみ）と呼ばれる注連縄や正月飾り等を集めた塔を燃やし（いわゆる左義長・とんど焼きの類）、無病息災を祈願して残った墨を「おめでとう」と言いながら参加者一同でお互いの顔に塗りあう。

新潟県の山村で行われたドンド焼きの火の始末。「すみぬり祭り」も行われたので顔が炭で真っ黒です。雪が降る中、昔ながら姿が印象的でした。

日本各地で見られる小正月の行事「すみ塗り」。「すみ塗り」は、賽の神を燃やしその年の豊作と無病息災を祈願する奇祭です。写真は、新潟県松之山温泉の「婿投げ・すみぬり」祭りを心底楽しんだ地元の人々です。

・ ?青島食堂(1回目) SNS→ホームページ。 <お店の情報> 長岡生姜醤油ラーメンの元祖。 新潟県内数店舗と東京秋葉原に1店舗ある。 宮内駅前店が本店にあたる。 お店の裏に4台駐車場がある。 正面入り口軒下に券売機がある。 店内はL字カウンターのみ。 水は汲んで置いていただける。 店員さんは女性のみだった。 11時〜20時の通し営業はありがたい。 <Point> ①生姜醤油ラーメン。 今では県内にお店が多数存在する長岡生姜醤油ラーメンの元祖。 また県外でも生姜醤油ラーメンを出しているお店も存在する。 ②懐かしい雰囲気。 創業1963年と老舗。 店外、店内もノスタルジックな雰囲気を漂わせる。 ③限られたメニュー。 ラーメンは生姜醤油ラーメンのみ。 そこにトッピングや麺量を増やすスタイル。 トッピング以外は酒類のみ。 ご飯と合いそうだが、提供されていない。 <青島ラーメン(800円)> 丼といいラーメンといいどこか懐かしさを感じる✨ 普通サイズで麺量175gは多めだ！ 生姜の風味がクセになり、キレのある醤油感はたまらない? 自家製の多加水麺もスープとよく合う。 薄めのチャーシューは旨味をしっかり感じられ、歯応えも良い? ほうれん草もあるとバランスいいな！ 美味しかったごちそうさまでした^ ^

・ ?いち井(1回目) SNS→なし。 <お店の情報> 焼きあご出汁ラーメンを広めたお店。 20年以上の老舗。 昼営業のみなのでハードルは高め。 駐車場は10台との事だったが、工事中で6台程になってた。 しかしお店の人に尋ねると隣のレストラン、ドラッグストアの駐車場も借りているから停めていいとの事だった。 行列店では珍しい代表待ちが?なお店。 カウンター、テーブル席がある。 券売機で購入。 お土産ラーメンも販売している。 <Point> ①ラーメンは1種類。 こだわりに抜かれたラーメンは焼きあご塩のみ。 あとは好きなトッピングを追加で頼むかたち。 ②お洒落な雰囲気。 店内古民家風喫茶店みたいになっている。 ラーメン屋さんではない感じ。 ③気持ちの良い接客。 とにかく接客が気持ち良い。 言葉遣い、配慮が素晴らしい。 店員さんは男性1人女性5人とまた珍しいパターン。 <焼きあご塩(900円)> あご出汁前回のあっさり系スープ? 香ばしさもありクセになる！ 柔らかいチャーシューがたまらない✨ キクラゲ乗ってるのが珍しい。 コリコリの食感がいいな(^-^) シャキシャキのネギ、水菜も最高！ 中細麺は程良い弾力でスープによく合う?‍♂️ 美味しかったごちそうさまでした^ ^ とにかく接客が好印象すぎる！

・ ?杭州飯店(1回目) SNS→なし。 <お店の情報> 燕三条ラーメンの元祖。 新潟県に行ったら必ず押さえておきたいお店。 駐車場は店のそばにあり、50台程停められる。 座席も80席あるが、それでも昼時は行列ができる。 注文制の後払い。水はセルフ。 <Point> ①燕三条系元祖。 背脂たっぷりのラーメン。 これを求めて県外から来る人も多数。 ②メニューが豊富。 中華そばが有名だが、他の麺類、飯類、一品料理、平日サービスメニュー(野菜炒めライス、麻婆ライス)、スペシャルメニュー(牛すじ煮込み定食)、飲み物がある。 ③地元の人気店。 駐車場、座席も多いがそれでも行列ができるお店。 相席も当たり前で回転はいい。 <中華そば(850円)> 中華そばのトッピングは大盛りと玉ねぎのみ！ 背脂チャッチャ系ラーメン? 表面は背脂だらけで熱々、冷めにくくなっている。 魚介がしっかり効いた濃厚醤油✨ 背脂だらけだけど全くしつこくない。 太縮れ麺はコシがあり、うどんかと思うくらい。 シャリシャリの玉ねぎと相性抜群！ 美味しかったごちそうさまでした^ ^

・ ? Hanya Sakamoto 01 (1st) SNS→Instagram、Twitter <お店の情報> Tokyo noodle shop Sakamoto 01 relocates to Niigata? Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded and high expectations! It is also close to Niigata Station and easy to access. Mr. Sakamoto 01 has a shop on the first floor of the hotel, and the shop in front of the automatic door. There is an alcohol spray at the entrance. You can buy it first at the ticket vending ? ♂️ There are 13 seats at the counter only! The seats were designated and water, singing and chopsticks were placed. <Point> (1) Beautiful ramen. Ramen with a beautiful noodle line. You can also enjoy it from the ✨ (2) Excellent cospa. The standard menu is from 700 yen and cospa preeminent! Toppings are also ? (3) Stylish atmosphere. There is a sense of cleanliness in the store and it is beautiful! The U-shaped counter is spacious? ♂️ Hanger rack, it is placed near the entrance of the luggage storage. <01 Chinese soba (700 yen), 4 topping wontons (300 yen) > Beautiful ramen from the looks! The noodle line is too beautiful? You may not be able to imagine it from the look, but it is surprisingly hot. Beef fat seems to be used, and I was surprised at the taste that I had not eaten? The medium-thick straight noodles were a little firm, but they fit well! All the toppings are good, and sansho has a good accent? It was a delicious feast ^ ^

どんどん寒くなってきました。。 しかし！寒くなれば冬の味覚が待っている！ 来週とうとう冬の定番カニが解禁されます。 日本ではズワイガニが人気ですが、自分はズワイガニでもメスの子持ちが大好きです！ オスと違って全然小さいのですが、メスは卵やうちこが最高に美味しいので、日本海側に旅行して見つけることが出来たらぜひ食して欲しいです！
