I peeled it.
It didn't look as clean as a barrel crab.
Serve with homemade crab vinegar Japan sake.
Seko crab has very tasty ☺️ eggs from the inner and outer children.
The inner child grows up and becomes a gaiko, but I don't think it's the same thing, and the taste and texture are different 💡.
