In the mackerel broth, add spare ribs that were stewed and frozen the other day.
The udon noodles at our house are firm like Yoshida udon, and the meat is Soki ? on Okinawa soba noodles.
And then I added more lard and added ? the sweetness of the pork.
Hand-made udon noodles are surprisingly easy to make.
