It's all about preparing the horumon, cutting the vegetables, and making the sauce by hand.
All you have to do to finish it off is to cook the horumon, then fry the vegetables and udon noodles together and add the yakiniku sauce.
This udon is absolutely delicious.
If you're in a restaurant, you can make it on a griddle, but you can also make it in a frying pan, so give it a try!
